SoCote^®XL is an industrial coating system created to provide superior extended life performance above and beyond the coatings typically found on stocked commodity fasteners.  The proprietary basecoat and adhesion coat are combined with a PTFE containing fluoropolymer which is thermally cured to aid in corrosion resistance, in-field maintenance, and easier make-up and break-out of assemblies.

SoCote^®XL is an innovative coating system that is designed to resist the most extreme environments.  This tough coating system has been tested to 6,000 Salt Spray Hours with <1% trace red rust as seen in the image above.  SoCote^®XL is the ultimate extended life solution for oil, gas, and chemical industries.
